Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes — countrywide. Nairobi is usually same-day; elsewhere is 1–3 business days by courier. Delivery is KSh 200 within Nairobi and KSh 350 countrywide, and free on orders over KSh 50,000.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa or cash on delivery, so you only pay once the gear is in your hands. Bank transfer is available for larger orders — call us and we'll arrange it.
Is the equipment genuine?
Yes. Everything is sourced through official channels and carries a 12-month warranty unless the listing says otherwise. If a unit fails within that window, we repair or replace it.
Can I return something that isn't right?
You have 7 days to return an unused item in its original packaging. Inspect your delivery before accepting it — transit damage must be reported the same day.
Can you help me choose a full setup?
That's the part we enjoy. Tell us the room size, what you're amplifying and your budget, and we'll spec a system that fits — church PA, home studio, mobile DJ rig or a school hall.
Do you install or set up systems?
We can advise on setup over the phone or WhatsApp at no charge, and arrange installation in Nairobi for larger systems. Ask when you order.
