1. Orders

Placing an order on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp constitutes an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we verify stock and payment. We reserve the right to decline orders where stock, pricing or delivery details cannot be verified. Orders placed for resale of counterfeit representations of our brands are prohibited.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes. If a product is mispriced on the site, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel at no cost. Prices may change without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Payment

We accept M-Pesa (on delivery or STK push where enabled), cash on delivery within Nairobi, and bank transfer for large orders. Goods remain the property of Aura Sounds until payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

Nairobi deliveries are typically same-day; countrywide deliveries take 1–3 business days via courier. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery — please inspect items before accepting (see our Returns & Warranty page).

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Passwords must be at least 8 characters with letters and numbers. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use.

6. Warranty & returns

Warranty and returns are handled per our Returns & Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost event revenue or downtime, to the extent permitted by Kenyan law.
