12-month warranty
All hardware we sell carries a manufacturer warranty of 12 months unless a different period is stated on the product page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects — dead channels, failed drivers, faulty faders, power faults under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or wear from the road.
To make a warranty claim, bring or courier the item to our Nairobi CBD shop with your receipt (or the order number from this site). We assess it within 48 hours and either repair, replace or escalate to the manufacturer on your behalf.
7-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return any item within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. We refund to your M-Pesa number or exchange for another product. Opened items can only be returned if they are defective.
Damaged in transit?
Inspect your delivery before the rider leaves. If something arrives damaged, refuse the delivery or photograph the packaging and item immediately, then WhatsApp 0745118588 within 24 hours. We replace transit-damaged items at our cost — you will never be stuck with a broken box.
What is not covered
- Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, knocks, spills).
- Power surges — we recommend a surge protector for amplifiers and mixers.
- Normal wear: earpads, cables, faders and crossfaders on DJ mixers.
- Items resold or serviced by third parties.
